Get Active for Animals
On Sunday, November 1, 2026, World Animal Protection will join the largest marathon in the world and be part of a group of elite athletes, celebrities, and runner enthusiasts on their 26.2-mile course through the five boroughs of NYC. We are so excited to participate in the NYC Marathon and to be chosen as a charity partner in 2026.

Team World Animal Protection members will each receive:
- Guaranteed entry into the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon
- World Animal Protection-branded race gear
- Fundraising support
- The opportunity to help protect animals from cruelty around the world
The fundraising minimum for this year is $3,000. Please visit the official 2026 TCS New York City Marathon website for more information about the race. In addition to the fundraising minimum, all runners must pay race registration fees for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, which are:
- $255 for NYRR members (plus a 5.7% processing fee)
- $315 for non-members (plus a 5.7% processing fee)

Fill out the form below to express interest in running with Team World Animal Protection at the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon. Due to the high level of interest and the limited number of available spots, runners will be selected at random from all forms submitted by Sunday March 29, 2026. Runners selected will be notified on Tuesday March, 31 2026. Every entry will have an equal opportunity to be selected for a spot on Team World Animal Protection.
