Hi, I'm McKenzie
McKenzie Mak is the Campaign Associate at World Animal Protection. While working for the Programs team, her primary focus is developing and implementing agribusiness campaign initiatives. McKenzie has a background in animal legislation and advocacy with other organizations such as the Humane Society of the United States, the ASPCA, and the Humane League. She obtained her B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Anthrozoology from Canisius College. She is based in Washington D.C. with her boyfriend and cat named Mrow. McKenzie enjoys playing the guitar, piano, and going to the rock climbing gym in her free time.
